It started with a simple idea: build holsters the way they should be built, by hand, with real leather, and with the kind of attention to detail that most companies stopped caring about a long time ago.

Tagua Gunleather was founded in 2005 by people who love what they do. Not a factory line, not a corporate machine, but a small team of leather craftsmen who believe that the gear you trust your life with should be made by someone who actually cares how it turns out.

Our workshop — where every holster begins

Every holster we make goes through hands that know leather, hands that have been cutting, stitching, molding, and finishing for generations. We select our hides carefully. We test our hardware. We check the fit, the retention, the draw. And if something doesn't feel right, we do it again. That's not a marketing line. That's just how we work.

Over the years, we've grown. We now offer everything from everyday concealed carry to duty rigs, Western holsters, shoulder systems, and tactical platforms. But the philosophy hasn't changed.
