Lifetime Warranty

1. What Is Covered

Tagua Gunleather warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original retail purchaser, under normal and intended use. If a defect in materials or workmanship arises, we will, at our sole discretion, repair the product, replace it with a comparable item, or issue a refund of the original purchase price.

2. What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including scuffs, color fading, leather softening, stitching wear from repeated holstering and drawing, surface marks, and other cosmetic changes that occur with regular use
• Damage caused by abuse, neglect, misuse, accident, exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture, or improper storage
• Damage caused by modification, alteration, or repair performed by anyone other than Tagua Gunleather
• Damage caused by use with aftermarket firearm modifications (custom triggers, grip extensions, lasers, lights, optics, compensators, or other alterations) that affect fit
• Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or acquired second-hand from previous owners
• Lost or stolen products

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact Tagua Gunleather Customer Support at info@taguagunleather.com. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photographs showing the issue. We will respond within five business days with instructions. Approved claims may require return shipment of the product at our cost. Resolution typically takes 10 to 20 business days from receipt of the returned product.

4. Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. Tagua Gunleather's total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of revenue, or property damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so portions of this warranty may not apply to you.
