These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from Zen Distributors Group II LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Tagua Gunleather ("Tagua Gunleather" or "we"), located at 2047 NW 24th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33142-7237. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale.
Tagua Gunleather has no control over how its products are used once delivered. All products are sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the selection, use, handling, storage, and maintenance of all products.
The buyer assumes all risk related to the quality, performance, and suitability of the product. If a product is found to be defective after purchase, the buyer—not Tagua Gunleather, its distributors, dealers, or affiliates—assumes full responsibility for any servicing, repair, or replacement.
Tagua Gunleather products purchased directly from us are covered by our Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The full Warranty Policy, including what is and is not covered, is available at our Warranty page.
Except as expressly set forth in the Warranty Policy, Tagua Gunleather disclaims all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
No oral or written statement by Tagua Gunleather outside of the Warranty Policy shall be construed as a warranty.
Under no circumstances shall Tagua Gunleather be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; therefore, portions of this section may not apply to you.
The determination of whether a product is suitable for a specific application or purpose is solely the responsibility of the buyer. Tagua Gunleather makes no representation regarding suitability for any specific use, environment, or condition.
Product images, illustrations, and descriptions are provided for reference only. Due to manufacturing processes, materials (including natural leather variations), lighting, and display differences, actual products may vary slightly in color, grain, finish, or appearance from what is shown online or in catalogs.
Tagua Gunleather reserves the right to modify product designs, materials, specifications, pricing, or availability at any time and without notice, without obligation to update previously manufactured or sold products.
Prices, models, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur, and we reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel affected orders.
All Tagua Gunleather product designs, features, names, trademarks, logos, and model identifiers are the exclusive property of Tagua Gunleather. Any unauthorized copying, imitation, reproduction, or use—whether by individuals, companies, or other entities—is strictly prohibited.

Free shipping promotions apply only to orders with a subtotal of $100.00 or more, shipped via Standard Ground service to the continental United States (48 states). Free shipping cannot be combined with other promotions and excludes taxes, shipping, handling, custom products, and dealer orders. Tagua Gunleather reserves the right to modify or end free shipping promotions at any time without prior notice.
These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
By purchasing any product from Tagua Gunleather, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale.
